Strategic Visioning workshops set aside valuable space to creatively navigate your team’s most pressing questions. I’ll facilitate intentional activities and discussions that help you chart your path forward.

Collaboration Workshops
Have a plan to design, a project to bring to life, or a group to engage? Collaboration workshops bring people together around shared goals and challenges. I’ll direct you in designing an inclusive process that engages and listens to your stakeholders. Then we’ll put it into practice and see what we learn.

Group Retreats
Bring a real sense of “retreat” to your annual staff gathering. Leave agenda planning and the bulk of the facilitation to me, so you and your team can fully engage. Together we'll work to identify your priorities and intentions, and I’ll design a retreat flow to meet them. I'll make sure you leave with tangible next steps — and a team that’s energized to reach your vision.

Need to walk through a new opportunity, or wrestle with an organizational challenge? One-on-one thought partner sessions are here to support you. I will listen, ask questions, and offer frameworks for finding resolution. The usual outcomes: feeling clearer about what you and/or your group needs, and the next best step to get you there.

There’s nothing worse than coming up with a good idea at a staff retreat or visioning session and realizing you don’t have the organizational capacity to implement it anytime soon. When a team needs extra leadership to see a vision through, I’m here to provide the structure to make it possible.

Group watercoloring excursions create a shared moment to observe our natural and urban surroundings. Everyone can benefit from this mindful practice, especially groups looking to connect with their environments, one another, and themselves. Available as part of or stand alone to my other offerings.

Impact
I believe collaborative efforts feel most alive when they’re actively doing good work in the world. The shared sense of satisfaction we get from making progress towards our goals—and from “learning by doing”—is what builds the deepest camaraderie and most lasting change.
Inclusion
I care as much, if not more, about an inclusive group process as the outcome of our efforts. Ensuring everyone is included in meaningful ways that work for them is the only way a project can truly be successful in the long term.
Equity
To me, equity is not a box to check, but an essential part of who we’re engaging, who we’re consulting, and what we’re prioritizing and striving for. We must seek opportunities to repair and remedy past harm while imagining new ways to share power—and create community.

At heart my approach is emergent and responsive. I strive to build on what's already working while making strategic edits to adapt to the moment. By designing clear workflows and agendas—that include ample time for transitions, buffers, and reflections—I craft a path for us to best meet the needs of a group or project together.
Iterative
Like the scientific process, all group efforts benefit from thoughtful testing, feedback, and review. To track lessons learned I prioritize a debrief after any significant endeavor, and constantly strive to integrate ways the group—and I—can improve.
Interactive
I highly value creative meeting structures that allow groups to feel empowered and energized for their work together. Our best ideas and connections are more likely to happen during an activity or excursion than in any old conference room.
